Welcome to the 15th Annual NTC Awards, where tradition meets innovation! This year, we are thrilled to celebrate with an exciting new format that promises an unforgettable evening of glamour and recognition:
"Black Tie Masquerade" - What to Wear
This is a formal event with a fun theme, and we expect a wide range of outfits to show up!
For Men, a dark suit, tux, dinner jacket, or nice sport coat are all acceptable attire. Feel free to add a little bit of flair to your outfit to fit the Mardi Gras theme!
For Women, a gown, cocktail dress, jumpsuit, or something similar are all acceptable attire. Again, feel free to add some flair to fit the Mardi Gras theme!

The festivities will commence with an elevated cocktail hour that sets the stage for a night of sophistication. Indulge in a selection of exquisite passed hors d'oeuvres and treat your palate to culinary delights at our chef-manned food stations.
Red Carpet Experience
Capture the magic of the moment with our 360-photo booth, providing you with the full red-carpet experience. Cherish the memories as you mingle and strike a pose in your finest attire. We will also have our traditional photo booth with printed images, so you can have the best of both worlds!
Focused Award Program
As the evening progresses, guests will transition into the stunning Fisher Center performance hall. Take your seats and prepare for a more focused and impactful award program. While we celebrate the best in Middle TN Tech, rest assured that bars will remain open throughout the program for your enjoyment.
VIP Treatment
For our VIPs, we are pleased to offer in-theater drink service, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience as you applaud the achievements of the tech community.

FAQs
Will there be dinner?
In lieu of previous NTC Awards’ sit down dinners, rest assured you will dine on delicious heavy hors d’oeuvres served before and after the awards ceremony in the theater. It’s not a seated dinner this year, but just like the Oscars, awards attendees dine at the after party. Check out the Menu!
What should I wear?
The theme of this years awards is themed “Black Tie Masquerade” and we are outfitting the Fisher Center with Mardi Gras themed decorations. Feel free to dress to the 9’s in formal attire, or throw a Cajun twist on your outfit to fit the theme!
It’s going to be cold! What should I do with my coat?
We will have a coat check right next to registration, so fear not! We will hold onto your coat/bag until you are ready to depart for the evening.

To make your arrival hassle-free, we are excited to announce that there are TWO complimentary parking garages for the convenience of our attendees. Enjoy a stress-free entrance to the venue and focus on the celebration that awaits.
